Origin: Fascinated with weird ambient and dreamy sounds, Eeman started exploring electronic music production and recorded a few songs which were released online 2011.

Paincake’s musical influences root from early 90’s pop punk and grunge. Being a heavy listener of Blink 182, Smashing Pumpkins and Muse, Eeman has always been a big fan of nontraditional-sounding music. Inspired by Ben Gibbard’s side project, Eeman started to create his own music to express himself.

After four years of just releasing songs, Paincake Patrol decided to take things more seriously and started playing out IRL gigs in 2015.
