The EP “Social Constructs” reflects the artist’s view about the general meaning of existence and how empty it may seem when viewed in an objective and logical way, the first three tracks aim to reflect the existential angst and loneliness people experience when they fail to see reason behind life. The goal of the EP though is for Paincake Patrol to share its belief that defining your own meaning is a life worth living vs living a life defined for you by consensus and “logic”, that our purpose is for ourselves to manufacture alone.
